6 Types of  A  Leader that Captured in Start Up Drama

 The drama is already over but if you still miss the Do-Dal couple, let’s  memorized some of the characters that represented in this drama. We could examine the types of the leader that imagined in this serials. It could be your references if you will lead some projects or work  with any kind of leader in a company.

1.      Accelerator Leader.

The starter of sandbox is Yoon Seon Hak that starred by Seo Yi Sook, a senior Actress that have been known in Korean Drama. It is described that CEO Yoon Seon Hal is the facilitator that reconciles all the young and motivated entrepreneurs in an event called the hackaton. Hackaton is a place for the entrepreneurs that has no experiences and asset to develop their business. This type of the leader usually think rationally, an give a good appreciation for the professionalism. when  you meet this type of a leader, you have to mastered your section and have a strong will in order to be professional.

 

2.      A Perfectionist Leader

Can you guess who is  the type of this leader ? yes, it is Han Ji Pyoung, he is very critical about any project that you planned, although he is saying the right thing. He usually not tolerate of any mistakes, but he actually want to help his employee to improve their performances. This type of a leader usually love to work in the most effective and efficient way. His biggest weakness is, the inability of the employee to fulfill their high standard of work.

3.      The Innovative Leader

This type of the leader usually has many ideas that out of the box. But their ideas usually difficult to be done and need a solid teamwork. An innovative leader loves to learn from their employee and appreciate their opinions. She or her usually get new ideas from other people. This kind of the leader is represented by Seo Dal Mi. But, unfortunately because of their lack of experiences, this type of the leader will need some time to learn and arrange business strategy. This type of a leader will be so lucky when they have a professional employee or a helpful mentor.

 

4.      A Specialist Leader.

Nam Do San is the type of the leader. They seem awkward to work in a team, and some people will not comfortable with their leadership. But this type of the leader usually a genius in their field, and also good in some section and tend to be ‘a one man show’ in a teamwork. But their weakness is their inability to manage a teamwork because, he/she cannot apprehend the capability of other people.

  

5.      A Communicative Leader.

In this drama In Jae’s foster father, Won Doo Jung is the kind of a communicative leader. Although he described as an antagonist person, Mr. Woo is the type of the leader the that has a good skill in communication. This type of the leader is very needed to develop a bigger company, because they tend to have a good relationship with other company or professionals. Because of his skill, he could communicate with their investors and motivated his employees. He also could find the easiest way to solve any problem in his company. His biggest weakness is, this type of the leader could be trapped with their own words. It is better for him to think twice before saying something that could be a boomerang someday.

6.      All in one Leader

There is also one type of an ideal leader that represented by Won In Jae or Seo In Jae in end of the drama. This type of the leader is a full package leader that could think in a rational way, could captured the moment and highly motivated. The weakness of this leader is just like the perfectionist leader, they cannot forgive the mistake if the employee cannot comprehend their inability. Some people are born to be this type of leader, and the other learned to be this type of the leader.

 

            All of the types of the leader that captured in Start Up Drama can be found in our daily life. We could learn from them, or we can be one of them. We could also mixed their characters in order to be a good leader. How about you, which type of the leader are you ?
